Stud Hunters Can Hunter Horses Wear Studs In The Show Ring?

Can hunter horses wear studs in the show ring? - stud hunters

Reason I ask is, B / C it rains during the past 2 days here and got me thinking, what if an exhibition is planned, and the soil is clay, which allow your horse to wear spikes in the ring, that the hunter is not going horse?

How do they know?

Edit: Oh my God ... I was just a little sarcastic. In any case, the answer to your question is not - as someone said. Studs are illegal, not to mention dangerous when surrounded by other horses. Probably no grip is replaced by "extra" it. The bolts used to be used on lawns, where even if the ground still soggy horse can enter the acquisition will. In a ring of muddy sand that only the strength of the legs of the horse, and perhaps further reduce the distance to even more horses.

I think it depends on the individual program. However, if the ground was so muddy that a horse was, the show will certainly move draw could. They are concerned about security and I'm sure they do not want to bring an action on your hands!
